2. Hosting

The site is hosted by Hostinger. The recipient is HOSTINGER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, 61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (processor). A data processing agreement (DPA) under GDPR Art. 28 is in place. The servers are in the EU.

Server and CDN access logs may contain the IP address, the time, the requested URL and the user agent. Hostinger processes them as a processor for provision, security, operation and troubleshooting (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and deletes them according to Hostinger's applicable deletion periods. The provider does not publish a fixed retention period. Logs are kept only as long as needed for these purposes.

3. Content delivery network (CDN)

The Hostinger CDN processes the IP address for delivery, security and access restriction by country. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f). Edge servers are in the EU. Retention: see section 2.

4. No analytics or tracking

No analytics or marketing tools (for example Google Analytics or Umami). No tracking cookies. Fonts and scripts are loaded from this server only — not from Google Fonts or similar CDNs.

5. E-mail or phone contact

If you write or call, we use the details you send (contact data and message) to reply. Legal basis: contract steps or legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) or (f)). Incoming e-mails are processed via Hostinger’s e-mail service (processor, see section 2). We delete the data when no longer needed, unless the law requires longer storage.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object. You may also complain to a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian data protection authority (BayLDA); elsewhere in the EU, your local authority.

7. Right to object (GDPR Art. 21)

Where we process personal data on the basis of GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. Send the objection to the e-mail address above. We then stop that processing unless we can show compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
